Hero's Chronicles

King Aededain Daewen Ahuliyk was once a man. He was an Elemental who ascended into godhood after defeating his arch-nemesis, Gorlock Theovelan (a very powerful and evil Elemental who amassed his power by absorbing the souls of his brethren). King Aededain did not create the universe or anything else. He was only granted charge and control over one hero’s destiny. That hero was chosen to be Redamu Wolfbred! Once ascending to godhood, King Adedain realized that he actually lost influence on the world. As a human king, he was able to spread his rule and philosophies. Now, the only being able to hear his decrees is Redamu. Also, once Aededain ascended, he realized that there were 100s of 1000s more gods up in Godville with him, so there was way too many influences touching down on the humans at once for any one god to gain full control. It was in this moment that Aededain was forced to be content with his one hero while eventually feeling relieved that he no longer has 1000s of subjects vying for his attention. For this god, Godville is his perfect ensconce. Redamu is the only hero able to commune with Aededain, since he has been touched by the king and wishes to serve him. Since Redamu knows of his king’s feelings on ruling, he is content with only sharing his religion on occassion and not seeking out new followers. For this gaurantees Redamu has no competition in constantly striving for Aededain’s favor and possibly one day….his godhood.
